Meet Our Team

As the Patient Account Representative, Kayla works alongside the front desk team and answers all billing questions. She files all our insurance claims and is the friendly voice you will reach if you have questions about a bill you have received. She also helps our audiologists by placing and tracking all hearing aid orders to make sure everything arrives correctly in time for your appointment. You’ll also find Kayla helping at the front desk, often assisting with scheduling appointments and answering patient questions.  She has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and enjoys helping people. 

Kayla was drawn to our office because of it’s small, tight-knit staff and has enjoyed learning all there is to know about audiology due to her husband having hearing loss. Kayla lives in Douglasville with her husband and two wonderful fur babies. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family. 

Kayla joined Eye Consultants of Atlanta in 2021.
