Many hearing aids have the ability to have virtual fine-tuning. You can schedule an appointment with your Audiologist and login from your smartphone to have your hearing aids fine-tuned exactly like you would in the office! Video chat with your Audiologist to discuss any hearing aid concerns or questions and receive video instruction on care and maintenance.
We currently offer remote hearing aid programming for the following hearing aid manufacturers:
- Oticon
- Resound
- Signia
- Widex
*Please note that all telehealth and remote care audiology services are not billable to insurance and require payment at the time of service.
